Refund Policy
We want clients to feel comfortable before moving forward. People usually come to us when something feels painful, urgent, or unresolved. We take that seriously, and we always do our best for every client who trusts us with their situation.
Client Comfort Policy
If you place an order and change your mind before casting work has begun, contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and refund your payment, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
Once casting work has begun, the service has started. At that point, the order is no longer eligible for a standard cancellation refund because the work has already been prepared, scheduled, and started on your behalf.
Why Orders Change After Casting Begins
Spellwork is not a physical product sitting on a shelf. Each case is reviewed, prepared, and handled privately on behalf of the client. Once that work begins, time, attention, ritual preparation, and spiritual effort have already been committed.
If You Have Concerns After Ordering
If you have a concern about your order, your situation, or the work being performed, contact us directly so we can review the matter and help you understand the next best step.
Depending on the situation, we may be able to offer guidance, clarification, or additional support. We want clients to come to us first so we have the opportunity to review the matter directly.
Processing Fees
Eligible cancellations are refunded less any non-refundable payment processing fees. This means the refund may be slightly less than the original payment amount if processing fees were charged and not returned to us.
Contact Us First
By placing an order, you agree to contact Seductive Spells directly first with any concern, cancellation request, refund request, or billing issue before opening a PayPal, card, or bank dispute. We want the opportunity to review and resolve the issue directly.
Abuse, Fraud, and Duplicate Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund orders that appear abusive, fraudulent, hostile, duplicated, or connected to prior refund or dispute abuse.
