The 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee is a separate path for one qualifying spell after casting has begun. If you change your mind before casting begins, the standard cancellation rule below is the faster and simpler path.

Seductive Spells offers this guarantee for one qualifying spell priced under $100 USD per customer. Spells priced at $100 USD or more do not qualify.
- The guarantee is available once per customer.
- Later purchases do not receive additional guarantee coverage after a customer's one qualifying guaranteed spell.
- Allow the full six months from the qualifying purchase before making a results-based guarantee request.
After the six-month period
How to Request a Guarantee Refund
Submit the request within 30 days after the six-month period ends. It may be made electronically; no postal-mail packet or printed conversation history is required.
How an Approved Refund Is Returned
Approved guarantee refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
When a Request Is Not Available
A guarantee request is not available while there is an open PayPal, card, or bank dispute or chargeback. The same spell or order also cannot already have been refunded.

If Seductive Spells offers a free reinforcement for the guaranteed spell and you accept it, the Money-Back Guarantee for that spell ends.
Before the service starts
Cancelling Before Casting Begins
If you change your mind before casting begins, contact Seductive Spells as soon as possible. If the spell work has not started, the order can be cancelled and refunded less any non-refundable payment-processing fees.
After the service starts
Once Casting Has Started
Once casting has begun, the service has started and the order is no longer eligible for a standard cancellation refund. The 6-Month Money-Back Guarantee remains a separate path only when that spell and customer meet the guarantee rules above.
